How do I order a custom print?
Generate your hologram in any of the four tools, preview the result, then click Buy Print. You will be taken to the checkout page, where you enter your email and shipping address, review the price breakdown (craft fee + grating fee + shipping by weight), and pay via PayPal.
How is the price calculated?
The price has three parts: a $15 craft fee per print, a grating fee of $0.1 per square inch (custom size from 4×4 in up to 16×11 in), and shipping by weight — the grating sheet weighs 0.55g per square inch, and shipping is $3.85 + $14.62 per kg.
How does the 3D motion effect work?
Each print uses a real lenticular lens sheet — a layer of tiny cylindrical micro-lenses. We interlace multiple viewing angles of your design at 60 LPI, so as you tilt the print, different angles become visible and the image appears to move or pop in 3D.
How long does shipping take?
Each print is produced on demand after payment. Typical production takes 3–5 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location. You will receive tracking information by email.
What is the return policy?
Because every print is custom-made for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free reprint or refund.
