Terms of Service for 3D2HOLO

1. Introduction

Welcome to 3D2HOLO. These Terms govern your access to and use of the 3D2HOLO website, applications, generators, downloads, and related paid or free services available at https://3d2holo.com. 3D2HOLO is operated from Chengdu, Sichuan, China. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Use

3D2HOLO is a software service for creating, rendering, interlacing, testing, and exporting lenticular and hologram-related outputs. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your personal or internal business use.

You may use 3D2HOLO for commercial creative work and client work, provided that your use complies with these Terms and any rules shown in the product, checkout flow, or documentation.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep that information reasonably up to date.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that threatens the security, stability, or integrity of the service.

4. User Content and Outputs

You retain ownership of the files, images, models, prompts, and other content you upload to 3D2HOLO ("User Content"). You are responsible for making sure you have all rights, permissions, and licenses needed to upload, process, and use that content.

You also remain responsible for how you use any outputs generated through the service, including AI-generated multi-view images, rendered views, interlaced files, and exported assets. By using the service, you grant 3D2HOLO a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform your User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use 3D2HOLO to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• upload content that infringes another party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or related systems;
• interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure;
• use automated means to scrape, abuse, or bypass service limits unless we have expressly allowed it; or
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service except where applicable law prohibits restricting that activity.

6. Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and AI Credits

Some features of 3D2HOLO are free, while others require a paid subscription, a one-time purchase, or AI credits. Pricing, included features, usage limits, watermark rules, and credit amounts are shown in the product interface or at checkout and may change from time to time.

If you purchase a subscription, it is sold for the billing period shown at checkout and does not renew automatically unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase in accordance with our refund workflow. If you purchase AI credits or other one-time products, those purchases are governed by the product details shown at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Access to certain paid features may depend on an active subscription, available credits, successful payment processing, and compliance with these Terms. We may disable or limit paid access if payment is reversed, declined, refunded, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.

7. Trials and Promotions

We may offer trials, introductory subscription pricing, promotional credits, or limited-time access. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, such promotions may be modified, ended, or made unavailable at any time, and abuse of trial or promotional mechanisms is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

The 3D2HOLO service, including its software, design, branding, site content, and underlying technology, is owned by 3D2HOLO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3D2HOLO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free or suitable for any specific printer, display, workflow, or legal use case.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D2HOLO and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of 3D2HOLO for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to 3D2HOLO for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use 3D2HOLO after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Chengdu, Sichuan, China.
